Hi Catherine, The Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix is another gluten-free product that is best used in recipes that specifically call for it. The GF Measure for Measure flour is formulated quite differently, and they won't perform the same way in recipes. We do feature many recipes on the website that call for this baking mix, including many delightful cake recipes.
