Hi Ronda, you can certainly make our new Strawberry Coffeecake with Matcha Filling and the Rhubarb-Filled Streusel Muffins gluten-free using our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour, but the Roasted Rhubarb and Rye Scones are trickier because Measure for Measure isn't going to substitute well for the Rye flour called for in this recipe. The puff pastry called for in the Strawberry-Rhubarb Galettes recuoe might be a bit challenging with Measure for Measure flour, but you could easily substitute the pastry recipe included in our Gluten-Free Almond Galette recipe, which is already geared for this flour.
