King Arthur Flour is a premium ingredient--we don't say that because it sounds nice, we say it because of the significant resources that go into making sure it's of the highest quality. KAF's flour has some of the strictest standards in the industry to ensure that bakers get the very best out of it, and can expect consistent results time after time. Plus, it's never bleached or bromated. We age our flour naturally so that it retains nutrients and flavor often lost during the bleaching process that many companies employ to hasten their flour's readiness for market. Putting this much care, effort, and time into our flour means that we pay a greater cost to produce it. We believe it's the right thing to do, though, and want you to experience that same joy while using ingredients that deliver on the very best.
