100% on all these but especially the scale. It’s to the point now that if a recipe does not include weight measurements I find myself becoming grumpy about it! The likelihood of me choosing to bake that recipe goes down 1000-fold.

If KAF could make a handy dandy frequent ingredient weight chart I could stash on my frig, that’d be super helpful. As I go back to older cookbooks they often don’t have weights included so I’m working to write them in as I baker from them. An easy access resource would be awesome!
