I’m so confused I have instant dry yeast from King Arthur now. How do I store it? I had it in the fridge in the airtight container I bought from your company or do I keep it in the freezer or do I keep it on the shelf? This is very confusing and now I found out that it doesn’t last very long and I bought a big bag that I probably won’t use but just a little, please help ! God Bless
