Carol April 30, 2023 at 10:33pm I have had good success freezing fresh yeast. A restaurant supply store sells it in pound portions, like a pound of butter. I portion it up, wrap the portion in cling wrap, then into a marked freezer bag. Has lasted and still viable 2 years so far. Reply
