Just do what we always did. Spray the container your bread will rise in. Put the dough in and turn it over so it is also lightly greased on top. Or, cover the dough direclty (place it directly on top of the dough) with or without the spray. Then cover it with a towel. Better yet, spray the container, turn the dough, cover with a towel and place in an oven with the light turned on. Check after about 20 to 30 minutes to make sure the temperature has risen over about 75°F. If it has, put a wooden spoon between the oven and the door to prop it open slightly. The temperature should remain about 75°F.
