HI Elise! A wet flour sack would be about the same as a towel in that it doesn't quite provide total coverage 100% of the time. While we hesitate to recommend single-use plastics, reusable bowl covers or upside down mixing bowls can provide a bit more generous coverage of dough while it is rising. Happy baking!
