Heather April 19, 2023 at 2:38pm I just bought a bowl cover. Its fabric on top and the inside is a rubbery type of fabric or film it seemed to work okay. I also usually do my stretch and folds with damp hands, and spritz room temp water on the dough to keep it moist while fermenting. Reply
