I would like to use clear jell to make a homemade instant pudding mix, but here's the catch, I will be using the mix to add to cake recipe for a denser cake (so it will be mixed with dry ingredients, then wet, then baked. Which clear jell product would work best in this application, instant or regular? The recipe is for a molded Easter lamb cake, and I have not been happy with the flavor of the dense cake recipes needed for a molded cake
