Great question Kimberlee. While they are both starches, these two products are used for very different things. The Clearjel will actually stabilize and change the texture of your baked goods significantly. The Bread and Cake Enhancer won't change the texture of your cakes or thicken a pie filling but it does lengthen shelf life of baked goods by locking in moisture and keeping things from going stale quite as fast.
