I have a cake recipe from AmyCakes that uses KA Instant Clearjel. She actually links to the product at KA from her website. I already have KA ClearJel and use it for pie fillings. I recently purchased the Bread and Cake Enhancer. Now, I'm torn as I want to try the Enhancer but would it offer the same effect as the Clearjel?
