Hi Val, we have found that Clearjel works well with our Baking Sugar Alternative and we would imagine it to work the same with other sugar substitutes as well. Clearjel works alone so any sugar should be okay to use. BSA will not thicken like sugar will so you may want to use a little more Clearjel depending on the fruit.
