Hi Kelly, we haven't done all the same testing with gluten-free recipes, but I suspect when it comes to non-yeasted recipes, the results will be similar. Gluten-free breads may be a bit different, so I would recommend following the baking instructions as written for yeasted gluten-free recipes.
