Would you double the recipe for a 2 inch thick 1/2 sheet Pan (13 x 18 x2)? Would you need to make any adjustment to the recipe (ie baking powder and baking soda). Any suggestions for the best way to add the 2nd layer of the cake without cracking or breaking?
