Yes, Barb, you can! Your crust to filling ratio will be quite a bit different than in a traditional pie (more crust, and less filling). You'll also want to keep a close eye on the pie the first time you bake it as it will bake quite a bit faster with the smaller profile of the pie. Let us know how it turns out if you give it a try!
