Great questions Peggy! Golden Sugar has a bit more nutty-ness than white sugar does so it is perfect for some of those more robust recipes that you have. It sits somewhere between brown sugar and white sugar in terms of flavor, and can be used one to one in place of white granular sugar. We use it in our Spiced Carrot Snacking Cake recipe and love it!
