I am wondering if I want to sprinkle confectionery sugar on top of lemon mini fluted cupcakes could I add a little lemon powder to give it a boost of lemon? Or would sparkling sugar look prettier? Could I add lemon powder to sparkling sugar? Any suggestions how much? I bought lemon powder but haven’t used it yet. Thanks so much.
