I like to put parchment or foil over the pizza stone and bake the crust first for a few minutes on the stone then add toppings. I have watched Janie zoliver place a piece of granite on the top rack and a pizza stone on the bottom. Preheat and cook the pizza on a rack between the two stones. I’ll try it!
