I made the Cuban Guava Pastries this weekend and used Frozen Guava Pulp from the freezer section of my supermarket as well as pre-made puff pastry (yes, I cheated...lol). I made sure to remove as much excess liquid as I could after defrosting the pulp. They were so simple to make and absolutely delicious! I've been having one each day for breakfast since baking them. I'm going to try the frozen Mango Pulp and Passion Fruit Pulp as well in the coming weeks. Yummm.
