I have a bag of whole wheat flour that's been in the freezer awhile--meaning a couple of years. It went in the freezer (in a plastic bag) as soon as I bought it. I wondered if I should toss it and came to your website, and sure enough, you have a post about storing your flour! Thank you for always having the answer! I'll check it for rancidity before I use it, but I won't toss it quite yet.
