I mill the grains too but not really happy with the final result: what to do with the flour that left after sifting. In addition, I’m not sure that you can use the fresh flour right away. And lastly, you should somehow to adopt the recipe that you want to use. So far I am not comfortable with all this issue. I mean I have no idea how to handle them.
