I bought one of those lock-tops, slipped in a new 5 lb. bag of KAF, and the darned thing cracked right away. Useless.
Ziptops last less than the life of a bag of flour, plus they are plastic and we should be doing all we can to reduce the use of plastics. So far, I haven't found a silicon resealable bag big enough. So no answer.
Drat.
