After reading this article I realized I had a bag of flour in a Tupperware container atop of cupboard I had forgotten about for about a year. Seems I broke all the rules. So how do I tell if it’s gone bad? I did store it in the freezer to begin with but needed the freezer space so into the Tupperware container it went.
