For.those who have a griddle but no lid-- Go to.Walmart with your griddle.measurement. In the baking pan section pick one that fits your griddle top area or.just shy of the edge. Grab a metal or ceramic knob or a handle from the hardware section or from a hardware store, with a post back. If you can, exchange the (usually) longer post back for a much shorter one, grab a few washers as well. Once home measure to the center, if you purchased a single know drill a hole to fit the post, swap the shorter post & attach. For a two post handle measure to the center of your pan and then split the difference to get your posts I. The right spots, drill one hole first and mark the next to be sure. Of course this handle will be on the OUTER BOTTOM of the pan!! We used a lasagna pan for ours, works on our kitchen griddle & our Blackstone outdoor cook top. Et voila, a lid! Since a lid for a Blackstone is almost as much as the flat top itself & the pan was about $5 this was a huge savings for about 10 minutes of easy work. We use our griddles & flat top all the time; last night it was chicken, bacon & cheese grilled Sammie, a few days ago it was hash & eggs--
