Hi Carol! You can use an upside down sheet tray to slide the dough on a piece of parchment onto your baking stone. Alternatively, you can lower the shaped dough into the preheated Dutch oven using a piece of parchment as a sling. If you don't have a proofing basket, you can use a mixing bowl lined with a flour-dusted linen dish towel to rest the shaped dough. Happy baking!
