I loved this! As a frequent visitor to both Mallorca Puerto Rico, I recall eating Mallorcas at La Bombonera before it closed. And every plane leaving Palma for Madrid is heaving with passengers bringing home ensaimadas, the iconic treat of the Islas Baleares. Now to work up the time and courage to bake these!
