Question: If a recipe calls for 3 eggs and I want to halve it, how do I halve 3 eggs? I hate to waste an egg, so I usually use 2 and reduce the rest of the liquid by a little bit. But that's not very accurate and some recipes are not very forgiving. Thanks for any suggestions or help.
