Thanks for all the testing and recipes. I refuse to use eggs. In the US 37,000 day old male chicks are “culled” out every hour. That’s approximately 1 million a day tossed on a conveyor belt and pulverized, suffocated or electrocuted. Thankfully the EU has banned this practice starting in 2026. I hope we soon follow their example.
