The first time I tried using my Banneton basket I used the liner. my dough was way too wet and I threw it out but I was left with a whole bunch of dough in the linen liner. I try to get as much off and then I let it dry . when I made my second attempt there was lots of hard little pieces of dough all over the liner. I scraped and picked off as much as I could but I feel like I made my liner very fuzzy. I am about to make an another attempt at aI am about to make an another attempt at a sourdough loaf and I’ve floured my liner well but worried that fuzz is going to stick into my bread and make my bread have fuzz in it.
