I tried this recipe and, as usual, the first time I try a new recipe I follow the instructions. In this case I found the dough to be very hard to handle since it is so sticky and incorporating the butterwould probably work better with smaller pieces. Second, next time I would double the filling. I used the overnight method and that worked very well.
