Hi Dawna, are you sure that the recipe requires 4 packets of yeast? For the amount of flour you mention that seems like way too much. Also, I'm a little surprised that the recipe calls for more water than flour. I found a different recipe on the Emile Henry website for the Artisan Bread Baker, so perhaps they've updated that recipe. This is a no-knead recipe, so will still be on the wet side, but the amount of liquid called for is only 2 1/4 cups (211g) and it only calls for 2 packets of yeast.
