I recently found an item called a Sugar Biscuit in a local store. I had never heard of this item before! I have tried to find out the origin of a Sugar Biscuit and have been unable to do so. Do you have any information on why someone would bake a biscuit and add sugar to the top? And when and by whom that practice began?
