This brings back so many memories. I have my great grandmothers biscuit cutter which because my grandchildren have used it , it has made biscuits for five generations of my family . I am not sure when it was first used but as my great grandfather was a wholesale grocer and this cutter has a Rumford label that is probably its origin.
