I grew up on a farm in Virginia. Making and eating biscuits and cornbread was part of our lives back then. As we grew older, and Mom worked outside of the home she didn't make biscuits as often. When I married my husband from the "north" he wasn't familiar with biscuits, and I did not make them. I am happy to say biscuits have made a comeback at breakfast in recent years. Thanks for the recipes for me to try!
