This is great and I’m definitely going to use these tips on my next banana bread! But here’s a question for the reverse! I have all these beautiful loaf pans with gorgeous designs on the bottom. But my cakes always puff up so when you pop them out of the pans, they’re wobbly! Any tips for making a flat top on a loaf cake?
