Hi Freda! What a delicious recipe to be baking. You certainly can freeze the baked cakes. After it has cooled completely, you will want to wrap securely and tightly in plastic wrap and then place that inside a freezer friendly airtight container (a freezer zip top bag would be just fine too!).
