Fantastic idea. I make a family favorite walnut torte--bread crumbs and walnut crumbs instead of the flour and egg whites as leavener. Thought I was clever by using a Danish whisk to gently fold the whites, but a large bubble whisk is so much faster and easier, especially for an arthritic hand. Thanks Sarah.
