I don't understand what is meant by " Make a cutting motion down the center of the bowl." I've always started at one side of the bowl and "flipped" the spatula across the bottom. Could you kindly describe it further? With Passover coming, eggs are used in SO many recipes, this will definitely come in handy! P.S. I have learned so much from these wonderful articles.
