This just reminded me of last Saturday, when I was painstakingly trying to fold soft, delicate whipped egg whites into heavy, thick, cookie dough-esque Italian Rainbow Cookie "batter" without deflating them, my knuckles going white as I gripped the bowl and my silicone spatula, and my fitness watch vibrating on my wrist asking me if I'm stressed. Haha. The cookies came out great, though!
