Beth February 5, 2023 at 7:56pm I tried a crust with Tate’s Bakeshop Gingersnaps for a Christmas cheesecake. They are very buttery cookies to begin with. I treated the cookies just like a Graham cracker, but the crust oozed butter, all over the oven. What went wrong? Reply
