Hi Michele, one way to avoid this issue is to skip the prebake, as Rossi mentions. Chilling an unbaked graham cracker crust thoroughly will help keep it solid and firm. Whether you intend to prebake or not, it's always helpful to build a thick side crust and pack the bottom and sides firmly (Rossi recommends using a tool like the bottom of a measuring cup or glass for packing).
