I, too, have been a slice and bake cookie avoider, but I really wanted to make these spicy cardamon cookies with a bittersweet chocolate drizzle. Everything was easy until I got to the instructions to divide it into two logs and roll them. I looked at this pile of shaggy, sticky dough and knew it would not happen easily without consulting with King Arthur. This blog really helped me out, and I have two nice, even, round logs in the refrigerator. Thank you!
