I love the idea of rum balls, but I'm not a big fan of rum. So this year, I decided to wing it a bit, and this not-recipe is so great for inspiration! I used scraps from brown butter blondies, walnuts, mini chocolate chips, and nocino (walnut liqueur) as my booze of choice. The dough is a bit soft and sticky right now, so it's chilling and I may need to add a bit more blondie to firm it up, but it sure tastes good!
