Thank you for your tips. I don't feel guilty for my cheats now. A friend and I used to laugh when we saw already prepared veggies. We both use them. I order aluminium foil pans for cooking and baking. Washing up after cooking is too painful. Preparing veggies or meals I sit on my chair in the living room. Now I have to figure out how to stop my fingers twitching when I'm using my phone. Thanks again.
