Thank you for publishing this article. My daughter has had ME/CFS for five years now, diagnosed at Mayo Clinic and now has a specialist in Salt Lake City who helps treat her symptoms. She loves to bake but has very little energy to do so now. I ditto all the previous responses about not being recognized as a legitimate illness. I already buy King Authur whole wheat flour but will now buy the other products in support of a company who recognizes this forgotten and invisible illness.
