I appreciate this so much. I have debilitating chronic fatigue. I’ve been dealing with it, as well as lupus and adrenal insufficiency since I was 29 years old. I’m 49 now and have never seen an article like this. While I don’t have electric kitchen gadgets to help really except a countertop oven I like, I like the suggestions here and love that you addressed it. I love to bake so much though I don’t as much as I used to, but I love many of your recipes. Thank you!
