Having fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and arthritis, I am finding that making enough for 3-4 days (and suffering for it) and then resting while eating leftovers seems to work somewhat, hoping that I will then be abled to cook again. Sometimes it takes longer to recover, so having things to eat in the freezer helps. Thank you for this informative article.
