Hi Jan, we're sure you can make gluten-free rolls in an air fryer, although the timing and temperature recommendations may be different than what's recommended here. If you'd like to experiment, we think this recipe for Gluten-Free Hamburger Buns made with our new Gluten-Free Bread Flour would make lovely rolls. This recipe should make about 16 rolls at 57g/2 ounces each.
