Hi Elaine, we're not sure how well crust dust will perform under these conditions, but it's certainly worth experimenting! I assume you're thinking of adding the crust dust to unbaked pies that are going in the freezer. Keep in mind that the flour in the crust dust needs to be baked in order to be consumed, so this isn't something you'd want to add between a prebaked pie crust and a cooked filling.
